When you sign up you are assigned a convenient pickup date and time. If it doesn't work for you, we can easily reschedule. We’ll collect your laundry and return it clean and folded within 24 hours.
What happens if I'm not home during the scheduled pickup or delivery?
If you're not home, you can leave your laundry in a designated spot, and we’ll pick it up. For delivery, we'll follow your specified instructions for a safe drop-off.
