How do I get my Foam bag?

After signing up, we will ship you your orange Foam bag.

Pickups

When is my pickup day?

When you sign up with Foam, we will send you an automated text with all the details regarding your pickup day and times.

What if I miss pickup?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so if you cannot make your pickup time contact us at 801-556-1047. If you do not contact us within 24-hours, you will still be charged for the week.

How many pickups do I get a week?

Currently we offer only 1 pickup per week.

What if I’m not home during my pickup time?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so if you miss your pick-up time, you will be charged. If you know that you cannot make your time, please contact us 24-hours in advance to prevent being charged.

Can I skip a week?

Yes, but if you would like to skip a week just contact us 24-hours before your scheduled pick-up at 801-556-1047 to let us know!

Turnaround

How long does it take to get my laundry back?

We guarantee a 24-hour turnaround. Often times we will deliver your laundry back even sooner!
