Our Story

In 2021, a friend at the University of Utah offered to pay to have their laundry done. That one moment changed everything. Because it wasn't just one person who hated laundry day. It was everyone.

The waiting. The folding. The sorting. The wasted Sunday afternoons staring at a spin cycle. Laundry was a tax on everyone's time. And we decided to eliminate it.

What started as picking up bags from dorm rooms at the Lassonde Entrepreneur Institute quickly became something bigger. Word spread. Friends told roommates. Roommates told classmates. Within months, a real operation was taking shape, and the demand wasn't slowing down.

So we built Foam. Not just another laundry service, but a complete system designed to permanently remove laundry day from people's lives. A membership that automates everything: pickup, wash, fold, delivery, on your schedule, with your preferences, every single week.

Today, our team has cleaned over a million pounds of laundry, saved customers more than 800,000 hours, and earned the #1 rating on Yelp in Salt Lake City. We serve neighborhoods across the city, from Downtown to Sugar House, Capitol Hill to East Bench, and everywhere in between.

We are a subscription-based laundry pickup and delivery service serving Salt Lake City neighborhoods including Downtown, Sugar House, Capitol Hill, The Avenues, East Bench, Foothill, Yalecrest, South Salt Lake, and the University of Utah area.
