Mobile Information & SMS Policy

Mobile information will NOT be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Your mobile phone number is collected solely to provide service-related communications, including pickup and delivery reminders, order status updates, service confirmations, and urgent service notifications.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used exclusively for transactional and service-related communications from Foam Laundry Co.

SMS Text Messaging Terms

Program Description: When you provide your phone number and consent, you will receive automated SMS text messages from Foam Laundry Co. related to your laundry service, including pickup reminders, delivery notifications, and service updates.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service schedule, typically 2–4 messages per week during active service periods.
